Getting To Know Lauren

In 2012, I began my career in the mortgage industry with LeaderOne’s accounting department shortly after graduating from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. I was fascinated by the industry and never stopped asking questions. I learned as much as possible about the business from every department and grew to love the culture LeaderOne maintained.

In January 2017, I joined the Lee’s Summit office and began my career as a loan officer. It was a perfect fit! My team and I are extremely dedicated to taking care of clients and helping manage their mortgage goals. We apply knowledge and experience to unique situations to help our clients get the best mortgage product for their individual needs. Seeing clients light up with pride and excitement on closing day is fulfilling in a way I never knew possible!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family including my husband, Gabe, and two young daughters, Charlotte and Maggie. We love to enjoy the outdoors through travel, hiking, boating, and skiing. I am always happy to network and meet new people throughout the community by volunteering and attending fundraisers. People are who make me, ME!
